Using the Cable Extraction Pry Bar Insert tool between cable connector and mating connector. Lift tool and cable connector straight up. Common mistakes while removing the connector: DO NOT rock the tool to loosen. DO NOT twist the tool.  Tools for all our connectors can be found here!
